Squirrel Trapping & Squirrel Removal
Squirrels can be a nuisance in many ways for homeowners, property owners, and managers, therefore require squirrel trapping to control the situation. Because of diminished habitat and learned behavior, squirrels are seeking out attics for nesting purposes frequently. Their teeth constantly grow, so many squirrels will chew on the material of a home (wood, vinyl, and other materials are vulnerable) exposing it to the weather, making it unsightly and often requiring expensive repairs and/or repainting. Last but not least, Squirrels excel at robbing bird feeders, even many of the ‘Squirrel-proof’ ones, chasing off the birds in the process and consuming a LOT of seed.
Our Squirrel trapping and removal service area in North Georgia extends to the following areas: Alpharetta, Ball Ground, Blue Ridge, Canton, Crabapple, Cumming, Dahlonega, Dawsonville, Duluth, Ellijay, Gainesville, Jasper, Johns Creek, Marietta, Milton, Roswell, and Suwanee.
If you are outside of these areas just give us a call! We want to help however possible.
Almost ALL squirrel trapping jobs can be resolved within a one week timeframe!
We charge a FLAT RATE TRAPPING FEE for One (1) week of Squirrel trapping. There is NO set up fee, NO per animal fee, NO need for an estimate or quote. The trapping fee is all inclusive: Five (5) trips out every single day (Monday through Friday) to set the traps, check the traps and to remove all squirrels trapped. It is the law in the State of Georgia that the traps are checked every single day – No exceptions. Our squirrel removal service will get rid of your squirrels and if you allow us to seal your home, it will keep them out of your attic! Daily trap checking is important for many reasons:
- It’s the law
- Humane to the squirrel but equally important
- It enables us to make the most out of your trapping dollars by our Professional Wildlife Technicians having the opportunity to reposition any traps that are not productive and rebaiting if necessary.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU HIRE A PROFESSIONAL:
We have to inspect the property to confirm it is a squirrel that has made its way into your attic. Grey Squirrels are diurnal. So if you are hearing chewing and shuffling in the attic, during the daytime, chances are you need Grey squirrel trapping. Noises at night may indicate the need for flying squirrel control, rat removal, raccoon trapping or another wildlife control solution. Squirrel control is one of the most common services homeowners may require.
HAND CATCHING SQUIRRELS INSIDE A HOUSE
We treat these as an EMERGENCY CALL- 24/7 we respond. We find it easier to charge a flat rate fee to come to your property and hand catch and remove a Squirrel that has found his way into your house or building.. Our Licensed Wildlife Technicians will spend up to an hour looking for & attempting to catch the squirrel. Whether we catch the squirrel or not we get paid for our effort and attempt to remove it. Flying Squirrels (flyers) are often the reason for a call of a squirrel inside the house.

Exclusion is the act of using animal proof materials, devices and methods to keep the animals OUT. Once the animals are taken out, they leave behind odors, feces and scents which may attract other animals. Although we have taken the tenant away (far enough to never find their way back) it just clears the way for the next one to find their way in unless you block off its ability to “Get back IN”. Some of the most common entry areas for animals (Not just Squirrels) are:
◊ Gable Vents ◊ Soffit Junctions ◊ Dryer/Bathroom Vents ◊ Construction Gap (Gutter Line) ◊ Holes
We only use the highest quality animal-proof materials and devices, therefore, we are proudly able to guarantee that no animal will get past the areas where we have performed the exclusion services. With all of this said, there is no way to give a price for exclusion work over the phone. WHILE we are setting up the traps it is necessary for us to determine how the animals are gaining access or entry into the building or property – this is when we are able to provide a proposal for the cost of the exclusion work. IF the proposal is acceptable we will perform the exclusion work while the trapping is being performed which increases the overall success of the entire process.
